We had to add a faceplate on top of the basement wall frame in order to have something to attach the basement ceiling drywall to. It was a real challenge fitting a long wide board up above the wall frame and in the floor joist, but Rick got it done.

I ordered a fiberglass shower insert for the basement and a different type of insert for the upstairs bathroom. All materials were purchased from Harry Cooper in Springfield, Missouri.
